What's the best brand of base and top coat for no-chip nails?

every year. they will have a best beauty buys in march only ( come with the mag) but u have to get the UK version


i tell u what( most of the product is US product).. a quarter of the stuff i m using are on the magazine// so i think they really chose the best . not like the regular magazine. the makeup brand pay for the mag to vote they are the best to adv themselves
