So I want to paint my nails but everytime I do when I remove the polish my nails are left stained yellow and its disgusting!! will using a base coat prevent this???what base coat is best also?Does base coat keep polish from staining nails?

the reason they are turning yellow is because you are keeping the polish on there too long...
But, if you put a base coat on it does help keep the polish from staining your nails.
