Nail varnish base coat?

Do they work?

What is a good one to use?Nail varnish base coat?
Base coats are not just clear polish anymore, the technology has changed. Base coats are much faster drying and lay down a ';sticky'; base that enables polish to attach itself with greater endurance. Yes they work, especially with a professional top coat over the polish. Sticky by Creative Nail is my fave.Nail varnish base coat?
Nail polish base coat is used to prevent dark colored nail polish from staining the nails. Any clear or light colored polish will do this. Sally Hansen is a very good base coat to use, but really any one will do the job.
Any clear polish will stop dark colours staining your nails.
I use Barry M 3 in 1 =] x
