i kno it kinda sounds impossible but 1 of my frnds did it n she isnt tellin me how 2 do it.pls tell if u kno.that lasts for a long time.How to get a shiny effect on nails without a clear coat?
you have to buy a nail file that has four different grits (textures) and colors to it. but find one that has white and grey atleast. you first use the most coarse texture and you file your nails. Keep doing this w/every single nail using all four grits from the most coarse to the finest one, so then you will see shine. but you have do all the steps. remember last step is the one that is the least textured.How to get a shiny effect on nails without a clear coat?
If you want a shiny effect on unpainted nails, go to the drugstore where they sell nail files. There will be one that is like a 5 or 7 way file. It has different grits to shapes the nail, then smooth, buff, and shine it.
