Looking For A Nail Base & Top Coat :)?

I've tried a few nail base coats %26amp; top coats, but the ones i've tried either ruin the varnish you apply or take ages to dry and eventually smudge. Does anyone know of any good quality base %26amp; top coats? Thanks :) xLooking For A Nail Base %26amp; Top Coat :)?

Hard as Nails is a great base coat. And also a nail strengthener.

I always use the clear Barry M one. Seems to dry quickly, too :]
I use Revlon. It dries fast and stays longer, too for up to 10 days!
