Yes you can remove it, but it will also take off any nail polish you had put on along with it (if you had any applied?). So, unless you have the same color as they applied, you may have a nail that will be a bit off in color. If they only applied clear, than you can just go ahead and apply another coat of clear topcoat and that should take care of it. Or, just wait. Its up to you.

U should remove it and add a new coat.
Call your nail salon and ask. Most likely they will repair it at no cost because your obviously not happy. Plus that not a big issue so they should HAVE NO ISSUE fixing it
