I heard that if you buy a really good top/base coat nail polish, it doesn't matter how dirt cheap or low quality the nail color is in itself. Like if I put OPI top coat on top of my wet and wild nail color, it's going to last as long as OPI colors? Is that right? And which is more important, top coat or base coat? How long do OPI colors last? ThanksIs a nail polish top coat gonna take care of it?
Both top %26amp; base coat are equally important. Always use both. Polish typically stays longer when both are used, but don't skimp on quality of either. Also, try not to skinp on the quality of the polish either. There are a lot of polishes available besides OP which are very good. China Glaze is one of them. Give it a try!
