What top coat brand is best to prevent nail polish from chippinng?

if you follow these directions it should help, okay when you get ready to paint your nails whether you just took off polish or not take a cotton swap and dip it in remover then go over each nail, once you have done this then OPI has this nail stuff called ';chip skip'; so take that and apply to each nail and let it dry (it dries fast) then apply the desired color, twice (it helps if you let it dry between each coat) then once the 2 coats are pretty much dry apply another layer of chip skip, now this will act as a top coat, however if you wanted to you could apply and actual top coat (use sally hansen top coat) but only use one coat of it, and this is a sure fire way that your polish is not going anywhere...I apologize for the long answer I hope that u take the time to read it though!!What top coat brand is best to prevent nail polish from chippinng?
