What's a good nail top coat that you can get at target?

i don't want a fast-dry coat because they have alcohol that causes chipping.What's a good nail top coat that you can get at target?
Use Sally Hansen's and don't forget to run the brush horizontally along the top tip of your nail to prevent chipping.What's a good nail top coat that you can get at target?
If it is available at Target, it is not a good top coat.....sorry. Get what you pay for.
