I just bought RapiDry by OPI but I'm considering exchanging it for Poshe... any opinions?Whats your favorite/the best nail polish top coat?

it's fairly cheap and easy to find at a local drug store/target/walmart
there are different kinds of top coats but they all make the nail look nice and add a special something [for instance hte hard as nails, it's not technically a top coat but it works just as well and protects your nails so it wont break off easily]Whats your favorite/the best nail polish top coat?
Try this cool mineral powder that you can wear for your nails and anything else. Im obsessed with this product now it's called MICAbella if you haven't heard of it already.
